摘 要:采用沉积-沉淀法制备BiOI和BiOI/CNTs复合光催化剂。用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对光催化样品进行表征。以绿藻门中的水绵为研究对象,模拟太阳光中的可见光,研究BiOI和BiOI/CNTs对水绵的杀灭效应。结果表明:在模拟可见光照射下,两种光催化剂均使水绵外观变黄,细胞结构破损,体内叶绿素a含量降低,丙二醛含量升高,可溶性蛋白含量降低,从而抑制水绵的正常生长,并且BiOI/CNTs复合光催化剂的催化效果较BiOI好。36950 毕业论文关键词:沉积-沉淀法;水绵;BiOI/CNTs;新型复合光催化剂;杀灭效应
The Killing Effect of New Type of Composite Photocatalyst on Harmful Algae in Natural Waters
Abstract: The BiOI/CNTs new type of composite photocatalysts were prepared by means of precipitation-deposition method. The morphology, structure of the photocatalysts were charactered using a number of analytical instumentations including X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The spirogyra in Chlorophyta as the research object, simulated sunlight in the visible, research BiOI and BiOI / CNTs effect on the spirogyra growth. The results showed: under visible light irradiation in the simulation, two kinds of photocatalysts were the appearance of yellow algae, cell structure damage, in vivo chlorophyll a content decreased, MDA conten tincreased,soluble protein content decreased , thereby inhibiting the normal growth of spirogyra, and BiOI / CNTs new type of composite photocatalyst catalytic effect than BiOI.
