摘要:发掘水稻剑叶角度对GA3高敏感性的优异等位变异对实现水稻制种全程机械化具有重要推动作用。选用262对SSR 标记对506份水稻资源进行基因型鉴定,分析该自然群体的遗传多样性、群体结构和连锁不平衡水平,并使用TASSEL软件的混合线性模型对水稻剑叶角度对GA3敏感性指数与SSR标记进行全基因组关联分析。结果表明:共检测到4个与SSR位点与GA3处理下的水稻剑叶角度相关联(P<0.01),分别为RM218,RM4835,RM269和RM25。这些标记分别位于水稻第3、4、8、10染色体上。发掘出一批携有优良等位变异且效应值较大的载体品种。携带有RM218-155bp条带的垦稻18对增加剑叶角度的效应最大,为13.71。其次是携带有RM269-180bp条带的垦粘18,为9.64。这些有利等位变异及其载体品种可用作水稻异交性状遗传改良的亲本。38806 毕业论文关键词:水稻;GA3敏感性;SSR;剑叶角度;关联分析
Mining elite allele of flag leaf angle sensitivity to exogenous GA3 in rice (Oryza sativa L.)
Abstract:It is important to explore the excellent allele of GA3 high sensitivity of rice flag leaf angle to realize the whole mechanization of rice seedling. The genetic persity, population structure and linkage disequilibrium of the natural population were analyzed by using 262 pairs of SSR markers. The mixed linear model of TASSEL software was used to analyze the sensitivity of rice flag leaf angle to GA3 susceptibility index And genome-wide association analysis with SSR markers. The results showed that four SSR loci were associated with the flag leaf angle of GA3 (P <0.01), which were RM218, RM4835, RM269 and RM25, respectively. These markers are located on rice chromosomes 3, 4, 8 and 10, respectively. And a number of carrier varieties with good allelic variation and large effect value were excavated. Carrying the RM218-155bp band of the cultivated land 18 to increase the angle of the effect of the largest leaf, the largest 13.71. Followed by carry the RM269-180bp strip of Ken Ken 18, 9.64.
