摘要:本文以哈茨木霉为材料,对其所分泌的 ACCD(1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸)酶进行了分析。SDS-PAGE蛋白电泳结果表明,ACCD酶大小为37KDa,与预期结果一致,可见光分光光度计法测定酶活的结果表明,所分泌酶具有一定的活性,最高可达80.39 U/L。粗酶液浓缩后对小麦进行了处理,结果表明粗酶液对小麦的鲜重,株高,根长,根数均有促进作用,且在V酶液:V水=1:1时,效果最为明显。40366 毕业论文关键词:哈茨木霉; ACC合酶; 活性测定; 功能分析
Functional Analysis of ACCD Enzyme from Trichoderma harzianum
Abstract: In this paper, Trichoderma harzianum as materials, the secretion of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC) synthase (ACCD) enzyme were analyzed. SDS-PAGE results showed that the size of ACCD enzymes 37kDa are consistent with the expected results. Enzyme activity measured by visible light spectrophotometer method showed that the enzyme had some certain activity and the maximum activity reached to 80.39 U/L. Fresh weight, plant height, root length, root number of wheat all increased after inoculation of crude enzyme. And the effect was the most obvious when V enzyme liquid: V water = 1:1.
