摘要:本文以校园内女贞树叶为实验材料,用叶绿素荧光仪测量其在秋季进程中叶绿素荧光参数的变化,结果表明:叶绿素荧光参数的日变化呈现出先下降后上升趋势;叶绿素荧光参数在进程中的变化呈现出下降趋势;叶绿素荧光参数阳面与阴面的变化都呈现出下降的趋势,且阳面下降趋势比阴面大。说明女贞在秋季进程中确实受到了低温和光照的影响,降低了女贞光合效率,对女贞生长产生了抑制。对其的研究为提高女贞光合效率,改善生长环境,为提高女贞树在徐州的的存活率提供理论依据。39491 毕业论文关键词:女贞,叶绿素荧光参数,抑制
Research of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters for the leaves of Ligustrum lucidum in the process of autumn
Abstract: Based on the leaves of Ligustrum in University experimental materials, It uses chlorophyll fluorometer to measure changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in its process in the fall,Results show that the Diurnal changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters showed a trend of decline increased after the first; Changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in the process of showing a downward trend; Changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters on the sunny side and shaded areas are showing a downward trend,and downward trend of face than shaded.The result shows that Ligustrum description process does in the fall under the influence of low temperature and light,Reduces the photosynthetic efficiency of Ligustrum lucidum AIT,Growth suppression of Ligustrum lucidum. Study on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters improves the photosynthetic efficiency in Ligustrum lucidum,improves the growth environment,Provides the theoretical basis for improving the survival rate of Ligustrum lucidum in Xuzhou.
