摘要使用缓蚀阻垢剂是解决工业循环冷却水设备腐蚀的有效方法之一,传统缓蚀剂性能较好,但一般具有毒性,会对环境产生一定的污染。本文以ATMP、ZnSO4、Na2MoO4、二元共聚和BTA为原料,筛选出一种低磷类复配缓蚀阻垢剂。利用旋转挂片法和电化学分析研究了该复配缓蚀阻垢剂的缓蚀阻垢性能,结果表明在浓缩倍数为5倍的自来水条件下,ATMP、ZnSO4、Na2MoO4、二元共聚和BTA的投加量分别为75mg/L、75mg/L、100mg/L、175mg/L和50mg/L时,缓蚀阻垢性能最好,腐蚀率低于0.075mm/a,达到国家循环水处理规范要求,缓蚀率高达97.6%。电化学分析结果表明该复配缓蚀阻垢剂是阳极抑制型。43199

Title The development of corrosion and scale inhibitor with low phosphorus
content and good anti algae performance
Abstract
One of the effective ways to solve the corrosion of industrial circulating cooling water equipment is using corrosion and scale inhibitor. The performance of traditional corrosion inhibitors are good, but generally toxic. This may cause a series of pollution to the environment.In this study, ATMP, ZnSO4, Na2MoO4, binary copolymerization and BTA were selected as raw material, and a kind of compound corrosion and scale inhibitor with low phosphorus content was obtained. Their corrosion and scaling inhibition performances were evaluated by rotation specimen test and electrochemical analysis. Using tap water and 5 times weight concentration, the corrosion inhibition performance was the best when the dosage of ATMP, ZnSO4, Na2MoO4, binary copolymerization and BTA was 75 mg/L , 75 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 175 mg/ L and 50 mg/L, respectively. The corrosion rate is lower than the 0.075mm/a, which reaches the requirement of the national recycling water treatment standard, and corrosion inhibition rate is as high as 97.6%. Electrochemical analysis indicated that the developed corrosion and scale inhibitors were anodic depression type.

1 绪论
1.1 研究背景
水是工业循环冷却水系统及中央空调的换热系统中最常用的换热介质。循环水在运作过程中,由于水中各种物质如溶解的氧、无机物及有机物的存在,会引发设备及管道的腐蚀、结垢和微生物滋长繁殖。随着运行过程中水分的蒸发,溶解物的浓度逐渐升高,导致腐蚀和结垢现象的严重化^优尔!文`论^文'网www.youerw.com。为了有效地防治腐蚀、结垢以及微生物滋长繁殖给运作系统带来的危害,需对工业循环冷却水系统中的水进行适当的处理。通过向水体中投加缓蚀阻垢剂是当前最可行的方法之一,可以减少污泥、污垢的产生,减少金属表面的腐蚀,除去水中悬浮固体颗粒和有毒有害物质等作用[1]。目前常用的缓蚀阻垢剂含有较多的有机磷酸化合物,在循环水系统中使用这类缓蚀剂容易促进微生物尤其是藻类的滋长繁殖,加重了杀生剂处理的负担,同时还会造成环境的污染。因此有必要开发绿色环保的具有较高抗微生物滋生的缓蚀阻垢剂。
