Relieving to Organophosphorus Pesticide Injury of Wheat by Complex Bacterium
Abstract: The combined effects of organophosphorus pesticide, the different concentrations ( 106cfu/mL,107cfu/mL,108cfu/mL) and different application methods of complex bacterium on wheat were studied, respectively. The results showed that the different concentrations of complex bacterium can alleviate the injury of organophosphorus pesticide on wheat to various degree. Complex bacterium can increase remarkably the length of root, plant height, stem diameter, dry weight, wet weight, content of chlorophyll and the activities of POD, SOD and CAT. The content of MDA was significantly decreased. The complex bacterium can obviously relieve organophosphorus pesticide restraint on the height of wheat at the concentration of 107cfu/mL. The complex bacterium can increase significantly the length of root, stem diameter, content of chlorophyll and the activities of antioxidant enzymes at the concentration of 108cfu/mL. The relieving effects of complex bacterium are different among two application methods of complex bacterium.
