摘要FT是在光周期途径中对植物开花时间起决定作用的关键基因，也是在植物中传导开花物质“成花素”的编码基因。现已证明，FT基因表达可以促进植物提早开花。FT蛋白是成花素的必需组分，而且FT mRNA是成花素的潜在组分。酵母双杂交系统是在酵母体内分析蛋白质-蛋白质之间相互作用的基因系统，也是一个基于转录因子模块结构的遗传学方法。如今酵母双杂交技术已经成为发现新基因的主要途径。该方法建立以来，经过不断的完善和发展，不但可以检测到已知蛋白质之间的相互作用，更重要在于发现新的与已知蛋白相互作用的未知蛋白。本文对利用酵母双杂交系统筛选FT互作蛋白进行相关研究，并对FT基因研究前景提出展望。43981

Abstract: FT is a key gene to blossom time operation of plants in photoperiod pathway，and Coding genes in plants blossom and conduction material "florigen"。It has been demonstrated，The expression of FT gene can promote plant early blossom。The FT protein is essential for the composition of breviscapine，and FT mRNA is a Huasu potential component。The yeast two hybrid system is a system analysis of genes between protein-protein interactions in yeast，also is a method based on genetic transcription factor modµle structure。The yeast two hybrid technology has become the main ways to find new genes。Since the establishment of the method，through continuous improvement and development，not only can detect the known interactions between proteins，More important is to discover new and known protein protein interactions。In this paper, the research of interaction proteins by yeast two hybrid system to screen FT，and put forward the prospects for future research on FT。
