摘要: 对影响马疫链球菌发酵液中透明质酸的提纯条件进行优化研究。对得到的发酵液进行HA分离提取;分别对发酵液的预处理、除菌体、分离、纯化、干燥、粉碎等工艺条件进行了研究,通过检测HA得率,分子量损失和蛋白去除率等指标,选择出最佳的提取方法和条件,通过条件优化,在保证透明质酸得率的前提下,使提纯产品的纯度、分子量达到较高水平,获得了一套可用于发酵法生产HA的下游分离工艺路。最后得到的HA产品为白色粉末,HA得率约44.4%,分子量高于2.5x105。7815

Purification of hyaluronic acid fermentation broth
Abstract: Streptococcus affecting horses hyaluronic acid fermentation broth of purification conditions were optimized. The resulting fermentation liquid separation and extraction HA; were pre-fermentation solution, sterilization body, separation, purification, drying, grinding and other process conditions were studied by detecting HA yield, molecular weight loss and other indicators of protein removal select the best methods and conditions of extraction, through optimization, to ensure the rate of hyaluronic acid obtained under the premise that the purity of the purified product, the molecular weight to achieve a higher level, to obtain a fermentation method for producing a downstream HA separation process road. The resulting product is a white powder HA, HA yield of about 44.4%, higher molecular weight than 2.5x105.
