摘 要:采用室内模拟试验方法,研究了107 cfu/mL浓度的复合菌剂与不同浓度的四溴双酚A(0、5、50、100、1000 mg/kg)复合处理对大豆幼苗生理指标的影响,初步探究107 cfu/mL浓度的复合菌剂缓解四溴双酚A对大豆幼苗生长和抗氧化酶的抑制作用。结果表明:四溴双酚A单独处理大豆幼苗时,降低大豆幼苗叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量,提高丙二醛(MDA)含量。低浓度四溴双酚A处理可提高大豆幼苗可溶性糖含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。高浓度四溴双酚A处理可降低大豆幼苗可溶性糖含量和SOD、POD及CAT活性。107 cfu/mL浓度的复合菌剂对不同浓度的四溴双酚A均具有一定的缓解作用,但缓解作用与四溴双酚A浓度没有明显的相关性,与四溴双酚A单独处理大豆幼苗相比,复合菌剂均可提高四溴双酚A胁迫下大豆幼苗叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和可溶性糖含量及SOD、POD和CAT活性,而降低MDA含量。8553

Effects of Compound Bacteria on Seedling Growth and Antioxidant Enzymes in Soybean Under Tetrabromobisphenol A Stress
Abstract: Using the simulation lab experiment, the combined effects of 107 cfu/mL compound bacteria and varying concentrations of tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) (0, 5, 50, 100, 1000 mg/kg) on physiological-biochemical characters of soybean seedling were studied, in order to explore the influence of 107 cfu/mL compound bacteria on the seedling growth and antioxidant enzyme activities in soybean under the stress of TBBPA. The results showed that TBBPA isolate significantly decreased the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid, whereas, malondialdehyde (MDA) contents of seedling leaves increased. The low concentration of TBBPA could increase the contents of soluble sugar and the activities of the superoxide dismutase (SOD), the peroxidase (POD) and the catalase (CAT). TBBPA with higher concentration could decrease soluble sugar content and the activities of SOD, POD and CAT. The 107 cfu/mL compound bacteria alleviated the different concentrations of TBBPA toxicity in soybean plant to various degree, but alleviative effect and TBBPA concentration had no significant correlation. Compared to sole TBBPA treatment, the compound bacteria could increase the contents of chlorophyll, carotenoids, soluble sugar,antioxidant enzyme activities of SOD, POD and CAT to various degree,whereas, MDA contents of seedling leaves decreased.
