摘要铜绿假单胞菌是一种革兰氏阴性菌,其代谢产物丰富,主要有鼠李糖脂,色素和脂肽等。鼠李糖脂不仅是一种良好的表面活性剂,广泛应用于化工,医学等领域,而且具有抗生抗肿瘤的活性;色素,主要为吩嗪类色素,具有抑制藻类生长的作用,并对原油的降解有影响;脂肽,主要包括脂肽类抗生素和脂肽类表面活性剂,能够起到乳化和抑菌的作用。本论文主要以色素和脂肽为研究对象,进行实验,探究其抗肿瘤活性。实验结果显示,色素和脂肽对肿瘤细胞都有一定的抑制作用,且随浓度的增加,细胞的存活率大大降低。

Title study on the anti-tumor activity of metabolites of microbe mutated by simulated space environment
Abstract
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a G- bacterium that can produce abundant metabolites including rhamnolipid, pigment and lipopeptid, etc. Rhamnolipid is not only a kind of excellent surfactant, which is widely used in chemical and medical industry, but also has the capacity of anti-tumor activity; Pigments, which belong to phenoxazine, could inhibit the growth of algae and have effects on the degradation of crude oil; Lipopeptid is usually pided into lipopeptid antibiotics and lipopeptid surfactants, both of those can rise the emulsification and bacteriostasis effect. This paper focus on pigment and lipopeptid, using them as materials to investigate the anti-tumor activity of its metabolites. The results show that pigments and lipopeptid have effects on the growth of tumor cells, which may be largely inhibited when the concentration is high.

1 引言
