摘要钡(Barium,Ba)碱土金属中活泼的元素钡是有毒元素,当食入可溶性钡化合物会引起钡中毒。当钡盐被误食后,水和胃酸会将钡盐溶解,有很多的中毒和部分死亡事件都是钡盐造成的。本论文是将20条健康鲫鱼随机分为四组浓度不同钡离子环境,每组5条,分别投放入四个钡浓度不相同水箱(24 h持续充氧),饲养96小时,期间不喂食,不换水。记录实验前后鲫鱼的体重变化、实验期间鲫鱼的行为变化,测定肝脏组织丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性的变化数据处理后发现:在0.1mmol/LBa2+浓度环境中,GOT、GPT酶活力较对照组依次增加18.15%、92.62%;在1.0mmol/LBa2+浓度环境中,GOT、GPT酶活力较对照组增加了211.69%、202.68%;在2.0mmol/LBa2+浓度环境中,GOT、GOP酶活力依次增加了20.45%、34.23%。针对浓度不同的钡离子作用下,鲫鱼肝脏组织中的GOT和GOP活性都有显著的提高,起到一种促进的作用。当在低浓度钡离子情况下会随着钡离子浓度的升高,促进作用也是在升高,当钡离子浓度超过一定浓度值时,促进作用会随着钡离子浓度的升高呈现一种下降的状态。71126

Effect of Barium on Activities of GOT and GPT in the livers of Carassius auratus
Abstract Ba (Barium/Ba ) alkaline earth metals lively elements barium is toxic element. The soluble barium compounds can cause barium poisoning. After being ingested barium salt, barium salt water and acid will dissolve, and some have a lot of poisoning deaths are caused by the barium salt. This paper is the 20 healthy fish were randomly pided into four groups of five each, were put into four different concentrations of barium tank (24 h continuous oxygenation), do not change the water. Weight change, behavioral changes, alanine aminotransferase (GPT) and aspartate aminotransferase (GOT) activities in livers were assayed. It found that: in 0.1mmol/L Ba2+ concentrations environment, GOT, GPT activities increased 18.15%,92.62%;in 1.0 mmol/L Ba2+ concentrations, GOT, GPT activities increased by 211.69%,202.68%;in 2.0mmol/L Ba2+ concentrations, GOT, GPT activities increased 20.45%,34.23%as compared with that of the control. When barium ions at low concentrations as will be the case barium ion concentration, but also in promoting the role of elevated when the barium ion concentration exceeds a certain concentration, will be promoted with barium ion concentration in creased assume a decline status.
