The Investigation of Inquiry Learning in Biological New Curriculum of Junior Middle School Students in Zhoukou
Abstract: Inquiry learning is one of the new curriculum concept advocated by new compulsory education curriculum standard. New curriculum have been implemented in Zhoukou city basic education for twelve years, in order to understand the conduct situation of inquiry learning in biology teaching in middle school, this paper set questionnaire survey and analyzed from the actual situation of Zhoukou junior high school students. The result shows that: currently, the main way of high school biology classroom teaching is teacher teaching, while students write and recite; students' biology learning interest coming from inquiry experiment and inquiry learning; students have the desire to explore knowledge actively, but lack of exploring methods and indefatigable perseverance. It shows that the inquiry learning in high school biology teaching reality remains to be strengthened. Thus put forward strategies to strengthening the inquiry learning, and there by to make the inquiry-based learning going more smoothly, have more significant effect.
