摘要:为了研究不同小麦品种的抗旱性,本实验以优尔个小麦品种周麦22、豫麦57、淮麦22、洛麦22、焦麦668、皖麦19为材料,采用沙培法,研究了干旱胁迫对小麦幼苗生长发育和生理生化变化的影响。研究结果如下:和对照相比,在干旱胁迫处理6天后,优尔个小麦品种幼苗均出现萎蔫现象,幼苗叶片相对含水量和幼苗相对干物质增长速率下降,相对电解质渗漏率上升,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸的含量增加,但在不同品种间存在差异。这些实验结果表明,干旱胁迫通过影响小麦幼苗的生理生化变化,从而影响小麦幼苗的生长发育,且在不同品种间存在一定差异。

Identification of the Drought Resistance of Different Wheat Cultivars
Abstract: In order to study the drought resistance of different wheat varieties, taking six wheat varieties (Zhoumai22, Yumai57, Huaimai22, Luomai22, Jiaomai668 and Wanmai19) as experimental materials, sand culture was used to study the effects of drought stress on growth, development physiological and biochemical changes of wheat seedlings. The results are as follows: being compared with the control group, after drought stress for 6 days, the seedlings of six wheat varieties get wilting, the relative water content of wheat seedling leaves and the relative dry matter growth rate of wheat seedlings decreased, the relative electrolyte leakage rate of wheat seedling leaves increased, the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline increased, and there are differences among different varieties. These results show that drought stress affects the growth and development of wheat seedling via effecting the physiological and biochemical changes of wheat seedlings, and there are certain differences among different varieties.
