摘要蝗虫虽然是农作物重要的害虫,但因其种类繁多、体型大、繁殖速度快、营养成分丰富,蝗虫已经成为一种潜在食用开发价值的昆虫。近年来,蝗虫营养成分的分析成为科学家关注的热点。本研究对某若蝗、东亚飞蝗若虫及东亚飞蝗成虫和螽斯这四种昆虫体内总蛋白、海藻糖含量、总糖原含量和葡萄糖含量进行了测定,结果显示:东亚飞蝗若虫总蛋白含量高于其它三种,为85。35%;海藻糖含量、葡萄含量及水分在东亚飞蝗若虫体内的含量高于其它三种,分别为0。339和0。076 nmol/μg;总糖原在东亚飞蝗若虫和东亚飞蝗成虫体内较高,分别为0。0933和0。102 nmol/μg;总糖原在螽斯体内最低,为0。054 nmol/μg。结果表明东亚飞蝗,特别是东亚飞蝗若虫是很有潜在应用价值的高蛋白高糖含量的一类蝗虫。本研究为新型食用昆虫的开发利用奠定了理论基础。76266

Abstract Although the locust is an important pest of crops, but it is also a potential development of edible insects because of its various types, large size, fast breeding speed, rich nutrients, locusts。 In recent years, the analysis of the nutritional components of locust has become a hot topic of concern。This study investigated the total protein, trehalose content, total glycogen content and glucose content of four kinds of grasshoppers, the katydid, a particular grasshopper larva, Locusta migratoria nymphs and Locusta migratoria adult。The results showed that: the total protein content of locust nymphs was higher than the other three species, which was 85。35%; the contents of trehalose, glucose and moisture in Locusta migratoria nymphs were higher than other three locusts, which were 0。339 nmol /μg, 0。076 nmol /μg and 76。45%, respectively; the total glycogen content in the locust nymphs and adults were higher than other groups, which were 0。0933 and 0。102nmol/μg, respectively, and the total glycogen in katydid was the lowest, which was 0。054 nmol/μg。 The results indicated Locusta migratoria, especially Locusta migratoria larva, has very potential application value of high protein and high sugar content。 This study laid a theoretical foundation for the development and utilization of new edible insects。
