摘要: 随着科学社会的进步,人们的生活水平日益提高,人们对健康的饮食习惯越来越重视。由于NFC果汁的货架期比较短难以推广,所以本文通过IDC包装来研究不同NFC果汁(橙,芒果,芒果-苹果)货架期,将IDC包装与PET瓶包装的NFC果汁放在不同温度下进行观察,通过感官评定与测定理化指标来记录实验数据。最后通过实验数据的分析,发现在4℃温度下保存的IDC包装的NFC果汁要比PET包装的NFC果汁的货架期长,并且NFC苹果的货架期最短。通过实验发现在70%NFC苹果中混合30%NFC芒果(70%苹果与30%芒果混合)能提高NFC苹果的货架期。总而言之,为了实现广大人们的健康饮食,延长NFC果汁的货架期显得意义非常重要。43776

Research of fruit juice by IDC packaged shelf life
Abstract: With the progress of science and society,People's living standards are improving,People's increasing emphasis on healthy eating habits。Since the shelf life of NFCjuice is relatively short to difficult promote,Therefore,this article to study the different NFC juices (orange,mango,mango - apple) by IDC package shelf life,observe the IDC packaging and PET bottles of NFC juices in different temperatures,by sensory evaluation and determination of physical and chemical indicators to record the experiment data。Finally,analysis of experimental data,it was found longer shelf life at a temperature of 4 ℃ to save IDC packaging NFC juice than PET packaging NFC juice,and apple NFC shortest shelf life。It was found that by mixing in 30% mango NFC to 70% NFC apples (70% and 30% apple mango mixed) can improve the shelf life of apples NFC. All in all,the majority of people in order to achieve a healthy diet,to extend the shelf life of NFC juices seem very important significance。
