摘要:本课题将亚麻籽油作为实验的研究对象把它运用到化妆品中,为了它自身的颜色和气味达到化妆品要求,对它进行脱色脱臭。首先,通过设计实验方法确定亚麻籽油的最佳方法为活性白土脱色脱臭法,并通过放大实验确定这种方法运用到工厂大规模生产的可行性。运用紫外分光光度法对亚麻籽油脱色脱臭前后的样品进行测定,测出脱色后的亚麻籽油的脱色率。然后,对它的颜色气味进行感官评价。再通过GC-MS对亚麻籽油样品脱色前后进行成分分析,比较脱色脱臭后对亚麻籽油的成分含量影响。实验结果表明:以活性白土为脱色脱臭剂的效果是最佳的,通过实验单因素和正交试验得出最佳的脱色工艺条件为:最佳脱色温度40℃、最佳脱色时间30min、和白土用量10g/100mL的亚麻籽油。脱色后的亚麻籽油色度值很低,脱色率达到85%以上,可满足各应用领域的要求。68773

Study on Decolorization Process of Flaxseed Oil
Abstract: In this paper, linseed oil is used as an experimental object to apply it to cosmetics, and it is decolorized and deodorized for its own color and odor to meet the requirements of cosmetics. First, the best method for the determination of flaxseed oil by designing is the decolorization and deodorization of activated clay, and the feasibility of applying this method to the large-scale production of the plant is determined by the magnification experiment. The decolorization rate of flaxseed oil was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Then, sensory evaluation of its color odor. The components of flaxseed oil were analyzed by GC-MS before and after decolorization, and the effects of decolorization and deodorization on the composition of flaxseed oil were compared. The experimental results show that the best decolorization conditions are as follows: the optimum decolorization temperature is 40 ℃, the optimum decolorization time is 30min, and the optimum decolorization time is Clay content of 10g / 100mL of flaxseed oil.
