摘 要：随着我国经济水平的快速发展和城市化水平的迅速提高，城市已经成为经济增长的很重要的地方，城市交通拥堵也十分严重。然而支路交通流对主路的影响还是很突出的，近几年来，人们也认识到支路对城市交通和市民生活有很大作用，很多城市也不断提出了对支路系统加密的目标。本文以淮安市北京北路拥堵情况作为例子进行研究分析，并提出了一些解决方案：（1）分析城市支路交通流对主路和人们生活的重要性，以及淮海东路各时间段通行能力的大小以及影响因素（2）通过对淮海东路各个支路交通能力的计算确定增加淮海东路上的支路路口数量；（3）营造网状街道，增加支路密度改善主路的交通能力，从而降低拥堵率。91001

Abstract：With the rapid economic development of our country and the rapid increase of urbanization,the city has become a very important place for economic growth,urban traffic congestion is also very serious。However, the influence of the traffic flow on the main road is still very prominent,In recent years, it has been recognized that the branch has a great effect on urban traffic and people's lives, and many cities have put forward the target of the branch system encryption。In this paper, Beijing north road congestion in Huaian as an example to study and analysis, and put forward some solutions。(1) analyze the importance of the traffic flow of the Huaihai Road to the main road and people's life, as well as the traffic capacity of the Beijing North Road and the influencing factors;(2) through the calculation of the traffic capacity of each branch of Huaihai Road, the number of branch roads on Huaihai east road is increased(3) to create a network of residential district, increase the density of the road to improve the traffic capacity of the main road,thereupon then reducing congestion frequency。
