前言
经济的增长和经济的发展是衡量一个国家和地区总体经济实力的强弱，在我国改革开放以后我国的经济实力突飞猛进，中国的产业结构也在紧密相连的变化中，中国在处于世界发展中的步列，也面临着很多的难题。在现代化的发展中，在世界上的各个地区，各个经济体都在进行着不断的转变或大或小，都在进行着产业结构的演变，由低级到高级，从不合理至合理的转变，产业结构的转变重复不变的进行着，无论是自发性的还是引导性的。人们也都想在其中找寻到合理的规律，来为未来经济发展转变做一个合理的参考，使其向着人们想要的方向发展。
