摘要:随着健美操运动的普及和发展,这项运动不仅成为全民健身的重要手段,还成为高校体育教学的主要内容之一。当今社会生活节奏的加快、学业压力越来越大、就业竞争越来越激烈等因素的影响,大学生的心理健康问题不断出现并受到社会的广泛关注。为了推动大学生健美操能够更好的在高校中开展,同时也为了促进大学生心理健康的发展。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法。对大众健美操的特点、大学生心理健康的内涵及特点、大众健美操对大学生心理健康的影响进行研究,得出了大众健美操对大学生心理健康的影响:有助于提高社会适应能力;有助于智力的发展,提高想象力和注意力;有助于提高学生的个人气质和个性;有助于提高表现力和增强自信心;有助于形成意志品质;有助于调节情绪、缓解压力;有助于建立和谐的人际关系。88599
