摘要:隧道结构健康是判断隧道安全的重要指标,因而对隧道结构健康监测和评估是隧道安全管理的主要手段。隧道多为长距离、大范围的恶劣环境以及围岩-结构自身复杂性,使得人工的方式无法满足隧道实时、快速、连续的监测要求的情形。论文首先设计了一套隧道安全的预警方案,即根据检测隧道断面的收敛值和沉降值来将隧道的安全状态分为安全、预警、危险三种状态。根据预警方案,我们设计了一套是由采集层、传输层和应用层完整的3层框架组成的隧道风险可视化系统。系统能判断隧道的安全情况,并驱动不同的LED灯进行安全提示。通过隧道风险可视化系统,既实现了实时、在线、连续的隧道参数监测,也实现了隧道安全预警功能,为后续隧道系统安全评定、控制措施制定提供数据支持和理论依据。62073

The Design of Visualized Information Collection of Tunnel Risk & Wireless Communication System

Abstract: Tunnel structural health is an important indicator to judge the safety of the tunnel, so tunnel structural health monitoring and assessment is the main means of tunnel safety management. The tunnel is long distance and large range of the harsh environment and rock structure complexity, the artificial way cannot meet the tunnel real-time, rapid and continuous monitoring situation.Firstly, this paper designs a set of tunnel safety pre-warning scheme. According to the detection convergence value and sedimentation value of tunnel section, we judge the safety of the tunnel. Tunnel safety pre-warning scheme can be pided into three broad categories: security, warning and risk. A tunnel risk visualization system is followed with the tunnel safety pre-warning scheme. The system is composed of Tunnel Risk acquisition layer, transmission layer and application layer. The security system can judge the safety of the tunnel, and driving the LED lamps of different safety levels. The tunnel risk visualization system, can not only achieve the real-time, online and continuous tunnel monitoring data, but also achieve the function of tunnel safety pre-warning. It also provides data and theoretical support for tunnel system safety assessment and control measures instituting.
