总结以上所有研究成果来看，国内的金融政策随着市场和即溶控股公司的不断壮大，逐渐发生了一些变化，财政部下发了一些设计金融控股公司方面的财务管理办法，我国的一些学者并就此进行了研究，提出了一些观点和建议。目前，国内的主要研究仍停留在探讨当前状况、风险种类、发展形式等定性研究角度，数据实证研究角度仍存在着一大片空白。在西方发达国家，金融控股公司发展早、相对成熟，学术领域成果颇丰，涉及效率、风险等方面的研究也较多，数据库相对完善，反观国内，以金融控股公司的实际情况作为基础，无论是在数据库建设还是学术研究角度都很难望其项背，学术研究角度也相对较窄。
