摘要本文搭建了一台手持式扫频光学相干层析(Swept source optical coherence tomography, 扫频OCT)系统来对人体血流成像。文中对该系统的性能进行了详细的分析和讨论,并与本实验室内现有的传统结构的谱域光学相干层析术(Spectral domain optical coherence tomography,谱域OCT)系统进行了对比。然后通过模拟实验和人体不同位置皮肤成像的结果证明了手持式扫频OCT的信噪比与成像深度均大于谱域OCT系统,以及手持式扫频OCT能够对任意位置皮肤成像的优越性。最后,本文还利用注入牛奶稀释液的毛细玻璃管模拟人体血流进行成像。所有实验结果都证明了本文搭建的手持式扫频OCT系统不仅具有使用方便的优点,还能提供高质量的人体皮肤的微观结构图像以及血流图像。25460

Title The Study of Human Body Blood Flow Imaging Based on The Swept Source
Abstract
In this paper, a handheld swept source optical coherence tomography (SSOCT) system is described for imaging human blood flow. First of all, the performance of the system is analyzed in detail, and compared with ones of the spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SDOCT) system in our Lab. Then, a phantom experiment and several in vivo experiments on different areas of human skin were implemented to demonstrate the performance of the handheld SSOCT in terms of the signal to noise (SNR) and the maximum imaging depth, showing that the handheld SSOCT can image any part of human skin. Finally, a phantom experiment with glass capillary filled with milk simulating the blood flow was implemented .All the results indicate that the handheld SSOCT setup developed in this work cannot only image any part of the skin conveniently, but also generate the images of both the structure and the blood flow with high quality.
