摘要生物质粉粒体填充床,在生物质机械加工、生物质干燥、生物质热解、生物质燃烧等工程领域皆有广泛应用。填充床属于多孔介质,粉粒体填充床中的物料流动与料仓等设备中的颗粒流动过程相似。填充床内物料能否快速、顺畅地流出是填充床中物料流动的主要问题。 设计并搭建实验台,通过实验测量颗粒流质量流量,探究粉粒体流态转变的部分条件,发现了流态转化和管径、管倾角等之间的关系;借助离散元软件建立仿真模型对特定条件下的管内流动进行了仿真并进行了定性分析。 25881 毕业论文关键词 填充床 流态 质量流量 离散元
Title Experimental study on the flow of the packed bed of powder
Abstract
Biomass packed bed of powder have a wide range of applications in the fields
of bio-mechanical processing, biomass drying and pyrolysis of biomass, biomass
burning etc. Packed bed belongs to porous media,granular material flow in
packed beds is similar to particle flow in the silo and other equipment .
Material can quickly and smoothly out of the packed bed is the core problem of
material flow in packed beds.
Designed and built experimental platform ,measured particle flow mass flow,
explored the powder flow pattern transition of some particular conditions,
found the flow pattern conversion and inclination of the pipe diameter and pipe
between relationships; discrete element modeling of flowing under certain
conditions are simulated and analyzed.
