摘要:有机卤化物钙钛矿太阳能电池自2009年问世以来,因其简单的制备工艺和优异的光电性能成为太阳能电池领域的热点,短短数年时间,其光电转换效率从第一块电池的3.8%迅速增长到了最近的20.8%,超过了非晶硅、染料敏化和有机太阳能电池等薄膜电池经过10多年研究达到的效率,直逼传统单晶硅太阳能电池。钙钛矿吸光材料具备优越的双极性载流子传输性质,较高的开路电压和制备简单成本低等优点,然而,其在室外复杂环境中的稳定性一直是限制有机卤化物钙钛矿太阳能电池发展的重要因素。

本文通过了解钙钛矿太阳能电池国内外的研究进展,调查钙钛矿材料的结构和性能以及制备和表征方法,针对CH3NH3PbI3材料对湿度敏感的特点,利用Br对CH3NH3PbI3进行一定比例的掺杂和完全替换,利用一步溶液法制备实验样品,通过测试其表面形貌、晶体结构和光致发光光谱来表征其结构特性和光学特性。结果显示,Br离子的引入对CH3NH3PbI3的结构和带隙有显著的影响。

Abstract:Since 2009 Organic halide perovskite solar cellbecomes the hot spot because of its simple preparation process and excellent photoelectric properties, just after  several years,its photoelectric conversion efficiency increased from 3.8% to the current 20.8%, which is much higher than amorphous silicon, dye-sensitized and organic solar cells and other thin-film batteries which have been improved for more than 10 years, almost equal to the traditional monocrystalline silicon solar cells. Perovskite light-absorbing materials have excellent bipolar carrier transport properties, high open-circuit voltage and low cost of preparation, etc. However, its stability in outdoor complex environments has been an important factor limiting the development of organic halide perovskite solar cells.

In this paper, by studying the progress of perovskite solar cells, the structure and properties of perovskite materials and the preparation and characterization  methods, aiming at the characteristics of CH3NH3PbI3 material is sensitive to moisture, we use Br to a certain proportion of CH3NH3PbI3 doping or complete replacement, the test sample prepared using one step solution method, by testing its surface morphology, crystal structure and photoluminescence spectra to characterized the structural features and optical properties. The results show that the introduction of Br ions has a positive effect on the structure and band gap of CH3NH3PbI3.
