摘 要:TiO2薄膜具有超亲水性、化学性质稳定、光吸收性能好、表面活性大等特点,另外安全无毒以及成本低廉等优点也使其作为环保型的光学材料在生物医学、环境工程、材料科学以及我们的的日常生活中都有着很广泛的应用。用磁控溅射的方法在玻璃基片上制备TiO2薄膜,用紫外吸收光谱、接触角测定等分析方法研究了制备工艺和紫外光照射时间对薄膜表面亲水性的影响。结果表明, TiO2薄膜经过紫外光照射后,其表面具有明显的超亲水性,而制备工艺的变化对其亲水性的影响并不明显。40526 毕业论文关键词:TiO2薄膜;磁控溅射;亲水性;接触角
Preparation of TiO2 thin film and its characteristic research
Abstract:TiO2 thin film with super hydrophilic, stable chemical performance, light absorption characteristics of good performance, high surface activity and other advantages, also non-toxic and low cost also makes its application as optical materials in biomedicine, environmental protection, environmental engineering and Materials Science in our daily life have very extensive. TiO2 thin films were prepared by magnetron sputtering method on glass substrate, study the preparation process and the time of ultraviolet irradiation effect on the surface of the hydrophilic film by UV absorption spectroscopy, contact angle measurement and analysis method. The results show that, TiO2 films after UV irradiation, the surface has obvious super hydrophilicity, and preparation process and the influence of the change of hydrophilicity is not obvious.
