摘要计算全息是利用计算机设计制作全息图或衍射光学元件的技术。计算全息像图技术(CGH)在测量非球面方面有独到的作用,克服了光学全息法需要参考非球面实体的困难,已经投入实际应用。
本论文从计算全息及移相式数字波面干涉仪的基本概念入手,分析了菲涅尔波带片的数学模型。重点介绍了计算全息法检测非球面中干涉测试光路的自准直CGH校准过程,说明了再计算全息测量非球面中自准直校准的优点和不足,并通过zemax光学辅助设计软件对这一过程进行了仿真,最终得出了自准直校准零位补偿阶段的公差要求。9179

Abstract
CGH is a kind of technology used computer to design holotherapy
pattern. It has a unique role in testing aspheric surfaces because the CGH technology overcome the disadvantages that optical holography could only test the aspheric surface besides the real sample and CGH is now using wild in actual application
The paper begin with the concept of CGH and digital phaseshifting interferometers and then analysis the mathematical model of FZMs.The empha sis of the paper is auto-collimation system used in CGH in testing aspheric surfaces and list the advantages and disadvantages of it. At last find the demanded tolerance of null-test auto-collimation
