A Study on The Development Status of Music Broadcast
Abstract: 2003 is designated“The Year of Broadcasting Development” by State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television. Music broadcast,as a kind of traditional broadcasts,attract audience generation after generation with its distinctive glamour.This paper firstly defines music radio,and analyse the background of music radio's development,for example,the improvement living standard,the appearance of format. Then it analyzes the bottleneck of music radio's development.That is,Music broadcast and new media competite fiercely,The programs have high degree of homogeneity.Finally,the paper puts forward reasonable development strategy against the existing problems,such as,integration with the new media,Establishing brand awareness,selecting high-quality music, setting up relations of cooperation with Traffic Radio and so on.
