On the Success of Mr. Zhou Live Show
Abstract:Although TV talk show has been developing rapidly in China in recent years,the quality is not so satisfying. However,Mr. Zhou Live Show, which was on air from 2010 has brought us the new direction for the development of TV talk show in China.This paper analyzes the factors of its success from three different aspects:column-making,host and advertising strategy.Besides,this paper gives a conclusion to the direction and strategy for domestic TV talk show based on the factors mentioned above. In the last part, for a better development of Mr. Zhou Live Show,this paper provides suggestions on current problems like unprofessional comments,or singularity of jokes occurring in Mr. Zhou Live Show.
