摘要本文通过对突发事件网络舆情应急管理指挥的需求分析,针对其智能性、共享性、可重用性等方面的不足,研究使用本体和“信念、愿望、意图”(BDI ,Belief,Desire,Intention)模型解决突发事件网络舆情应急管理指挥仿真的问题。本论文将网民映射为智能体(Agent),提出了基于BDI模型和本体的突发事件网络舆情应急管理模型,基于BDI模型对网络舆情演变过程中的网民群体行为与决策过程进行“信念-愿望-意图”的转换模型建模与仿真,同时利用本体语义描述和建模功能,增强支持Agent的通信语义描述和交互能力,建立突发事件网络舆情应急管理指挥仿真模型,分析模型中各部分功能、关键技术;最后基于模型设计开发系统并进行实证研究,为突发事件网络舆情应急管理指挥提供可具有操作性的预测模型和防震系统。25522
