Abstract With the rapid development of social science and technology, a large number of new English words emerge。 The popularization of computer builds a broad platform for the development of English vocabulary。 Network technology continuously put new vigor into English words。 The emerge of new words, is both a social and language phenomenon。 Increasing neologisms caused a lot of different obstacles for English learners。 Consequently, as English learners, it is important for us to find out the reasons for the emergence of the new English net words, the development trend and the new system of the structure of word formation 。Grasping the above contents can help English learners develop English learning skills。92295

 Firstly, this paper introduces the definition of New English net words, then it analyses the inevitable appearance of network language。 Meanwhile, it elaborates the reasons for the popularity and classification of Chinese style English。 Finally, the paper describes New English net words from the perspective of the composition and semantics。 So people can have a better understanding of English and use it efficiently。

摘要随着社会科学技术的发展，英语新词不断涌现。计算机的普及为英语词汇的发展搭建了一个广阔的平台，互联网的使用更是持续不断地为英语词汇注入新鲜血液。新词的产生，既是一种社会现象，也是一种语言现象。不断增加的新词给英语学习者带来很多不同的障碍。因此，对英语学习者而言，发现新出现的英语网络新词的产生原因，发展趋势以及新词构词结构，可以帮助他们更好的开展英语学习。

本文首先介绍了英语网络新词语言的定义，然后分析了网络新词出现的必然性，着重强调了中式英语的分类及其盛行的原因。最后从构成方法和语义的角度分别描述了英语网络新词。通过上述内容的分析，可以使我们更客观地看待英语这门语言，从而帮助不同的人群更有目的更有效率地学习并使用英语。
