We all know that the formation and development of human ability is mainly acquired by the practice of cultivation and improvement and similarly teaching practice is the important measures to train students to engage in independent education, improve teaching and management capacity。 Through teaching practice, pre-service English teachers can understand all aspects of the teaching process from practice 。They will have an initial knowledge of how to prepare lessons, how to counselee and mark assignments, how to do the work of the head English teachers。 At the same time, through the teaching practice, pre-service English teachers can re-examine themselves to find their own deficiencies, so as to stimulate their own targeted efforts to learn and constantly improve themselves。
