The first is the electronic computer certificate. The second is foreign language certificate. The third is the car driver’s license. These show that the people in the twenty-first Century must have these basic qualities and abilities. And knowing a foreign language is one of it. Thus, it is clear that English teaching is very important. And the quality of education not only cultivates the labor with modern knowledge, but also promotes students’ all-round development in middle school. The quality education is the inevitable trend of China’s modern education. It adapts to the requirements of the national condition of our country. It is also adjust to the domestic and international situation.
