Thus it is apparent that because of the great variety of external factors, the teaching material itself cannot fully adapt to the specific situation of teaching. It also poses challenges to our teachers. How to effectively reconstruct texts to adapt to different student groups tests the teachers' understanding and grasp of teaching material.
Cunningsworth (1995) perceived that teachers can choose and adjust the teaching material from aspects of methods, skills, language, topic, order, progress, and cultural.
McGrath (2002) also made a similar point of view that teachers can choose and adjust the teaching material from aspects of language, situation, content, process, classroom management and reconstruction.
Therefore, Cunningsworth and McGrath involved all aspects of problems in the creative use of textbooks. Among them, adjustment in method, language, situation, process, topics and culture has a certain guiding significance for text reconstruction.
