All in all, there are many different opinions about the writing characteristic of Jane Austen, the theme of P&P, and the function of the ball in Austen’ s works. As you can see, quite a lot of scenes of dancing party appears in Jane Austen’ s novels, each has meaningful basis. Therefore, through these published books and essays, we can have a better analysis on whether ball played an essential and special role on his narrative methods and made great contributions to his achievements of his works.
