摘要湿地具有蓄积水源，防洪抗旱，沉积营养物质，调节气候，保护生态多样性等重要功能，还具有景观价值和科研教育价值。但由于很多湿地尤其是中小湿地没有进行系统规划而造成环境破坏和资源浪费以及生物多样性锐减等负面影响。为维持高邮湖湿地的自然功能，满足当代人生存与经济发展需要，本文通过分析高邮湖生态保护现状及问题提出了一系列的保护对策。另外，湿地景观营造是湿地公园合理规划、发挥生态功能的重要切入点。本文从湿地景观设计要素、选址评析以及湿地景观的设计方法方面探讨高邮湖湿地的景观营造。48390

Abstract Wetland has many functions as accumulating the headwaters,flood control and anti-drought,accumulation of nourishment material,regulating the weather,keeping living variety of creatures,and so on.Wetland also has the value of landscape and the value of education and science research. However,many wetlands have no systematic planning so that it causes environmental damage,waste of resources and biopersity and other negative effects.To maintain the natural functions of Gaoyou lake wetlands and meet the needs of survival and economic development,this paper analyzes Gaoyou lake ecological protection status and problems,then proposes a series of protection measures.In addition,wetland landscape construction is an important starting point of the wetland rational planning and ecological function play.This paper discusses the Gaoyou Lake wetland landscape construction from wetland landscape design elements, siting and design methods.

城市湿地公园是以湿地景观为主，具有保护生物多样性、维持湿地生态系统稳定和提供生态服务等功能，以开展科普教育、休闲游览和生态保护等为主要活动内容，纳入城市绿地系统规划的公园。[1]城市湿地公园饱含湿地的功能和特征，成功地将湿地保护以及合理利用起来，它不仅提高了湿地的生态效益，还实现了湿地的可持续发展。同时，城市湿地公园提供了休闲的游憩环境，将生态功能与美学价值统一协调，体现了社会效益和经济效益。推动我国城市湿地公园的建设对于湿地保护意义重大。
