摘要：所谓不规则抗体是指抗A和抗B以外的抗体。临床上，对有输血史、妊娠史或短期内需要接收多次输血者；以及配血过程中发生交叉配血不合时，须进行抗体筛查试验。本研究分别使用凝胶卡技术和试管技术对临床血液样本进行不规则抗体筛查试验。比较凝胶卡和试管法在检测不规则抗体过程中的异同，并对检测结果进行分析比较。

按照抗体筛选红细胞试剂盒说明书以及凝胶卡说明书要求，分别使用凝胶卡和试管法进行不规则抗体筛查试验。本次试验共检测临床样本186例，凝胶卡检测结果阳性160例，阴性 20例；试管法检测结果阳性157例，阴性29例。凝胶卡和试管法检测结果经统计学分析，试管法敏感性为98.13%，特异性为100%，准确性为98.39%；凝胶卡法敏感性位100%，特异性为100%，准确性为100%。检测结果一致性为0.94。22661
通过对试验结果的分析比较，使用相同的抗体筛选红细胞试剂检测同样的临床血浆样本，凝胶卡比试管技术更为灵敏。同时，凝胶卡具有操作省时简便，结果易于保存等特点。

Gel CARDS and tube technology in the application of the irregular antibody screening
Abstract：Irregular antibody refers to the resistance of A and B antibodies. Respectively, this study use gel card technology and test tubes for clinical blood samples were irregular antibody screening tests. Compare gel CARDS and the similarities and differences in the process of test tube method in detection of irregular antibody, and the test results are compared..
According to antibody screening of RBC kit instruction card specifications and gel, respectively using gel CARDS and test tube method for irregular antibody screening tests. This experiment detected 186 cases of clinical samples, gel card positive test results in 160 cases, 20 patients with negatie; Test tube method for positive test results in 157 cases and negative 29 cases. Gel CARDS and tube method, test results through statistical analysis, test tube method sensitivity was 98.13%, specificity of 100%, the accuracy is 98.39%; Gel card method sensitivity 100%, specificity of 100%, the accuracy is 100%. Results consistency of 0.94.
Through analysis and comparison of experimental results, using the same antibody screening of RBC reagent to detect the same clinical plasma samples, gel card is more sensitive than tube technology. Card at the same time, the gel with the features of easy operation time, the result is easy to save, etc.
