摘要:近年来随着自闭症儿童认知理论研究不断深入,共同注意缺陷被认为可能是影响自闭症儿童语言、模仿及社会交往等发展的最基本的认知因素。但现存干预以一般的回合式干预为主,往往很机械。PRT干预技术以儿童兴趣出发,强调自然情境。本研究在前人的基础上根据关键反应训练原则,对研究个案社交技巧进行干预,旨在提高自闭症儿童的共同注意能力。89133
研究采用了ABA倒返实验设计,确定“目光请求”和“手指指示”为目标行为,设计了社会互动技巧的教学方案对一名自闭症儿童进行教学,实验分为基线阶段、干预阶段、维持阶段和泛化阶段四个时期,根据目标行为评量标准进行评量,对评量数据进行图表分析和信效度检验。通过数据处理与分析得到以下结论 :
第一,本研究通过关键反应训练对一名自闭症儿童进行社交技能训练,提高了其共同注意能力。
第二,本研究通过运用关键反应训练法,该儿童在生活同注意能力增强。会用目光请求和手指指示的方式引起他人注意到自己感兴趣的物品。
第三,通过量化和质化分析客观验证关键反应训练法对对提升闭症儿童共同注意能力有效果,且维持和泛化效果较好。
