摘要:目的:通过分析不同引发条件对条叶旋覆花种子的萌发活性及相关生理指标的影响,为生产上条叶旋覆花种子预处理提供理论参考。方法:以适当条叶旋覆花种子为材料,在常温下用4种液体引发剂设置不同梯度进行种子引发处理,记录条叶旋覆花种子的发芽率、发芽指数以及活力指数。生理指标丙二醛测定采用紫外吸收法,可溶性蛋白的含量采用考马斯亮蓝法,相对电导率采用电导仪测量法。结果:15% PEG,250 mg•L-1GA3条件下的引发可引发促进条叶旋覆花种子萌发,使种子活力有所提高,其中250 mg•L-1GA3引发作用最为明显;CaCl2引发对条叶旋覆花种子萌发无明显作用,KNO3使条叶旋覆花种子的活力显著降低。结论: 250 mg•L-1GA3最适于生产上条叶旋覆花种子预处理,PEG对条叶旋覆花种子细胞膜修复作用较好,也可用于生产中预处理条叶旋覆花种子。29698

The analysis of seed priming of Inula lineariifolia Turcz.
Abstract:Objective: to provide a theoretical reference for the preparation of the seed germination of Inula lineariifolia Turcz.,this article by analyzing the effects of different priming conditions on the germination activity and related physiological indexes of the leaf of the Inula lineariifolia Turcz..Methods: The seed germination rate, germination index and vigor index of the Inula lineariifolia Turcz were observed by seed germination with different gradient of four kinds of liquid initiators at proper temperature. Physiological indicators of MDA determination by UV absorption method, soluble protein content using Coomassie brilliant blue method, the relative conductivity using conductivity meter measurement method. Results: The initiation of 15% PEG and 250 mg•L-1GA3 could promote the seed germination of the Inula lineariifolia Turcz, and the seed vigor was improved, and 250 mg•L-1GA3 was the most obvious. CaCl2 has no significant effect of seeds germination on Inula lineariifolia Turcz, and KNO3 significantly reduced the vigor of Inula lineariifolia Turcz. Conclusion: 250 mg•L-1GA3 is the most suitable concentration for the pretreatment of the above-mentioned Inula lineariifolia Turcz, and the effects of PEG on the seed cell membrane repair is suitable and it can also be used in the production of pre-treated seed.
