    摘要:本试验利用高脂饲料长期饲喂BALB/c小鼠,建立高脂血症小鼠模型,对模型小鼠分别采用9.0‰生理盐水(模型对照组)、低、中、高3种剂量的菊粉和药物辛伐他汀(药物对照组)处理,同时用、普通饲料喂养的小鼠作为空白对照,通过测定小鼠的体重、肝体比、脂体比、饲料食用量和血脂指标(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇),并观察肝脏油红O染色切片分析肠道微生物群落结构以及多样性,研究了菊粉对高血脂小鼠的缓解作用。结果如下:菊粉组体重总体较为稳定;随菊粉剂量升高,各剂量菊粉组小鼠肝体比下降;总胆固醇、HDL-C、LDL-C含量都下降,甘油三酯下降效果不明显;切片结果显示菊粉组小鼠肝脏的脂肪滴数量少于模型对照组;微生物组成结构有所改变。研究结果表明菊粉对缓解高脂血症有积极影响。36750

    Study on the effect of Jerusalem artichoke tuber extract on mice with hyperlipidemia
    Abstract: In order to investigate the mitigation effect of inulin on mice with hyperlipidemia, the hyperlipidemia mice model was established using high-fat feed. Fifty model mice were randomly and equally pided into model group: low inulin dose group, middle inulin dose group, high inulin dose group and simvastatin group to receive normal saline, low dose of inulin, middle dose of inulin, high dose of inulin and simvastatin, respectively, by gavage. Meanwhile, ten mice were selected to be as blank control group, which were fed with fundamental feed and received normal saline. The changes in body weight, hepatopancreas index, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C and LDL-C) were evaluated and the liver oil red O staining were compared and community structure and persity of intestinal microorganisms between the four groups. The results were as follows: the weight of the inulin groups were relatively stable; with the increase of inulin powder, the ratio of liver and body of mice in each dose group decreased; total cholesterol, HDL-C, and LDL-C levels decreased; staining showed the number of fat droplets in mice liver was less than model group; the composition and structure of microorganisms have changed. The results show that inulin can alleviate hyperlipidemia mice obesity, reduce ratio of liver weight and body weight, reduce liver fat accumulation. And the level of cholesterol in serum of hyperlipidemic mice decreased.It also reduce LDL cholesterol in serum,,improve the intestinal microbial population structure and persity. This study showed that Inulin have mitigation effect for mice with hyperlipidemia.
