摘要本文以IT行业“过劳死”现象为研究对象进行对策研究,主要运用文献法与访谈法,通过整理最近十年百度和谷歌网报道的IT行业“过劳死”的案例,综合分析IT行业“过劳死”现象现状:男性居多,趋向年轻化,高层管理人员人数增加。结合IT行业压力大、工作节奏快的特点,本文发现劳动定额过高、劳动社会保障机制不健全、企业加班文化盛行和劳动者维权意识薄弱是导致“过劳死”的主要原因。本文指出目前我国关于“过劳死”问题在立法和监管机制上存在着不足,并从社会、企业和个人的角度,研究出IT行业“过劳死”的防范措施:我国立法机关需完善“过劳死”相关法律法规,从法制层面来监督企业承担社会责任;企业自身需实行人性化管理制度,严格遵守保障劳动者权利的相关法律规定,建立基于社会责任的企业文化;建设真正捍卫劳动者权益的工会;劳动者需要加强维权意识,选择健康的生活方式,适当释放压力。45673

Abstract
This paper takes IT industry "karoshi" phenomenon as the research object of countermeasure research, mainly using the method of literature and interview method, by collating the "karoshi" case in the IT industry,which was reported on the internet in the past ten years .There is a comprehensive analysis of "karoshi" phenomenon in the IT industry: males, tend to be younger, increasing the number of senior management. Combining IT industry pressure, fast-paced work characteristics, we find that labor and social security system is not perfect, the prevailing corporate culture and employee overtime poor rights awareness is leading to "karoshi" the main reason. Under high pressure and fast-paced work, we find that labor and social security system is not perfect, enterprise culture of overtime is popular and the employees' consciousness of maintaining rights is weak mainly leads to "karoshi".The paper points out that the legislative and regulatory mechanisms is inadequate. From the perspective of society, enterprises and inpiduals,it works out preventive measures of "karoshi" of the IT industry. Firstly ,our legislature needs to improve relevant laws and regulations of "karoshi" and supervise the enterprise from To undertake the social responsibility on legal level. Secondly, enterprise itself should be the humanization management system, strictly abide by the relevant laws of protecting workers' rights and set up enterprise culture based on social responsibility.Thirdly,to construct union of defending the rights of workers really.Finally,workers need to strengthen the consciousness, live a healthy lifestyle and release pressure appropriately.
