摘要:本文简单介绍了米格列醇及手性化合物,重复做了通过中间体1-脱氧尻霉素合成米格列醇的实验,实验采用了两步法合成了米格列醇的重要中间体四卞基米格列醇。第一步对四卞基葡萄糖二醇进行合成,在无水乙醇存在的条件下,将2,3,4,6-四卞基葡萄糖与硼氢化钠进行反应,实验结果显示,反应顺利进行,产率较好。并用液相色谱仪对称对实验产物进行了表征,证明了步骤确实成功合成了目标产物。第二步进行四卞基米格列醇的合成,该过程采用了Swern氧化及还原胺化一锅法,实验结果显示,反应顺利进行,产率较好。并用液相色谱仪对结果产物进行了表征,证明确实成功合成了目标产物。最终产物的产率达到71.8%。48312

Study on Synthesis of Miglitol intermediate
four benzyl alcohol Kimi Gregory
Abstract: This paper briefly introduced miglitol and chiral compounds, and the two-step synthesis of miglitol intermediate four Bian Jimmy Glenn alcohol. First step of four benzyl glucose glycol were synthesized, anhydrous ethanol in the presence of conditions, the 2,3,4,6- four Bian based glucose and boron hydride sodium reaction, experimental results show that, smooth reaction, in good yield. And the liquid chromatography was used to characterize the target product. The second step carries on the synthesis of four Bian Jimmy Glenn alcohol, the process of the Swern oxidation and reductive amination one pot method, experimental results show that, smooth reaction, in good yield. And the liquid chromatography was used to characterize the target product. The yield of the final product reached 71.8%.
