摘要:近年来,乳腺癌发病率和死亡率呈迅速增长的趋势,因此探究肿瘤转移已成为重要研究课题。现今基因治疗的崛起为癌症治疗带来了更多的机会。CERS2基因为肿瘤抑制基因,它与癌细胞的凋亡与转移密切相关。本文目的:探究干扰CERS2表达对乳腺癌MCF7细胞转移有何影响,为乳腺癌的临床治疗提供新思路。方法及内容:实时定量PCR实验确定乳腺癌细胞MCF7;通过穿孔实验观察干扰CERS2表达对乳腺癌细胞迁移和侵袭的影响。结果表明:干扰CERS2表达会促进乳腺癌细胞的迁移和侵袭。51841

Effect on the breast cancer cell migration and invasion by interfering CERS2 expression
Abstract: In recent years, the breast cancer incidence and mortality showed a rapid growth trend, so exploring metastasis mechanism of cancer cells has become an important research topic. Today, the rise of gene therapy for cancer treatment has brought us more opportunities. CERS2 is a tumor suppressor gene, which is closely related to cancer cell apoptosis and metastasis. Objective: To explore the effect on the migration and invasion of MCF7 cell by interfering CERS2 expression; To provide the new idea for the clinical treatment of breast cancer. Method and Content: In the first, we determined the breast cancer cell line MCF7 by real-time PCR. Next, we observed the effect on the breast cancer cell migration and invasion by transwell experiment. The results showed that the migration and invasion abilities of breast cancer cell were promoted by interfering CERS2 expression.
