摘要本论文通过制备几种不同的纳米氧化铁,以相同的量加入相同配比的钨系延期药中,通过实验研究分析这几种纳米氧化铁对钨系延期药燃烧性能的影响,研究纳米氧化物对延期精度的影响规律。62958

采用多种方法制备纳米氧化铁并利用 XRD 、 TEM 对纳米材料进行表征,采用TG 、 DSC 方法考察钨系延期药的热分解特性,结果表明,普通Fe2O3和纳米Fe2O3对钨系延期药热性能的影响相似,吸热峰和放热峰起始温度变化不大,纳米Fe2O3的添加,催化作用较为明显。

通过测量按一定配比添加纳米Fe2O3的钨系延期药的燃速,实验研究了纳米材料对钨系延期药燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,纳米Fe2O3对钨系延期药的燃速影响不大,添加配比均为为4%,与添加一般Fe2O3相比,添加纳米Fe2O3提高了钨系延期药的延期精度。并且纳米材料的粒径是影响燃烧的主要因素,粒径越小,燃烧越稳定。

Title    Preparation of nano-oxides and Experimental Study of the morphology of the nano-oxides on combustion properties of tungsten type delay              

Abstract Several different nanomaterials Fe2O3  were prepared to add to the same proportion Tungsten type delay composition with the same amount.Through the experimental research and analysis to the impact of these different nano-Fe2O3 on the combustion performance of tungsten type delay composition ,the influencing rule of the oxide nanomaterials on delay accuracy were studied.

The nature of nanomaterials was tested by XRD and Electron Microscope, thermal decomposition characteristics of tungsten type delay composition were studied by TG and DSC methods.The results show that Nano-Fe2O3 and common Fe2O3 is the thermal performance of similar . The change of endothermic peak and exothermic peak onset temperature was small .The addition of nano-materials made the catalytic effect more obvious.

By measuring the burning rate of tungsten type delay composition  which had added a certain proportions of Fe2O3 , the impact of nanomaterials on the combustion performance of tungsten type delay composition were studied by experiment . The results indicated that Nano-Fe2O3 had little effect on the burning rate of tungsten type delay composition . With the adding ratio were all 4%,compared to common Fe2O3 ,the extended precision of tungsten type delay composition had been improved via adding nano-Fe2O3,. In addition, the particle size and crystal shape of the nanomaterials were the the main factors which impacted the burning rate .The more smaller the particle size was , the more stable combustion.
