摘要本实验拟基于废弃中药半枝莲培养灵芝菌,来检测培养过程中相关化合物的含量,分析利用中药药渣来培养大型真菌的可行性。通过使用半枝莲为原料来培养灵芝菌,与未添加半枝莲培养的灵芝菌及只含有半枝莲的培养基作为对照,以甲醇为溶剂经过提取、浓缩等步骤,获得的样品采用紫外、高效液相色谱分析等检测方法检测培养灵芝中多糖、灵芝酸的含量。结果表明,使用半枝莲来培养的灵芝菌中所含有的多糖含量是最少的,而多种灵芝酸的含量均是最高的,另外,它对肿瘤细胞有较高的抑制率,这说明我们可以利用中药渣来培养大型真菌,这样可以有效地减少现如今中药渣的资源浪费,更为中药渣的合理化应用提供更为丰富的理论来源。75031

Contnet Analysis of the Compounds from the Process of Cultivating Ganoderma Lucidum based on the Scutellaria Barbate

Abstract This experiment, cultivating Ganoderma lucidum based on the waste Chinese traditional medicine-Scutellaria barbate, is going to detect the content of the related compounds in the training process, and then analyze the feasibility of Chinese traditional medicine residues to cultivate macro fungi。 By using Scutellaria barbate as raw material to cultivate Ganoderma lucidum, compared with cultivating Ganoderma lucidum without Scutellaria barbate and a culture flask only with Scutellaria barbate。 Using methanol as solvent, then doing extraction, concentration and other steps to obtain the samples。 Then using the detection methods like ultraviolet spectral analysis, HPLC and so on to detect the content of polysaccharide, ganoderic acid in the ganoderma。 The result shows that the sample cultivating Ganoderma lucidum with Scutellaria barbate has the least polysaccharide and contains the highest ganoderic acid, moreover, it has higher inhibition rate to cancer cell, which means we can use Chinese traditional medicine residue to cultivate macro fungi。 In this way, we can both reduce the waste of Chinese medical resources effectively, and provide more abundant theoretical source for the rational use of Chinese traditional medicine residue。
