摘 要为对比研究仿生桑黄(Inonotus SangHuang)水提物和野生桑黄水提物对免疫缺陷 小鼠的免疫修复作用,采用千岛湖野生桑黄 O 和仿生桑黄 J 为原料,将 135 只 ICR 小鼠分为 9 组,分别为对照组、免疫缺陷组,仿生桑黄高中低剂量实验组,野生桑黄 高中低剂量实验组以及阳性对照组。实验组、免疫缺陷组及阳性对照组采用 100mg/kg 的五氟尿嘧啶对小鼠进行腹腔注射建立免疫缺陷小鼠模型,对照组注射等量的生理盐 水。根据不同组要求连续给药 15 天后,眼球取血,用于血细胞指标测定。断脊柱处 死后解剖取脾脏和胸腺,测定其脾脏指数及胸腺指数,制备脾脏及胸腺石蜡切片,进 行显微观察,分析桑黄水提物对胸腺及脾脏的影响。血细胞指标测定结果表明:仿生 桑黄水提物和野生桑黄水提物都能提高小鼠的白细胞数目,且随着桑黄水提物浓度的 提升效果也得到提升。对于脾脏与胸腺,桑黄水提物能很好的改善脾脏和胸腺的萎缩 现象;与对照组与免疫缺陷组相比较,仿生桑黄组和野生桑黄组对脾脏指数的提高有 极显著差异(P<0。01)。野生桑黄水提物低剂量组,仿生桑黄低剂量组和左旋咪唑组 胸腺指数明显高于其他小组。病理切片观察显示:仿生桑黄水提物和野生桑黄水提物 均能改善脾脏白髓萎缩、红髓萎缩、内皮细胞增生的现象。仿生桑黄水提物和野生桑 黄水提物组胸腺切片相对于免疫缺陷组来说,皮质与髓质分界清晰,未出现皮质或髓 质萎缩,出血或发炎现象。本研究表明,仿生桑黄水提物和野生桑黄水提物对免疫缺 陷小鼠的免疫恢复都具有一定的增强效果且效果相似,为仿生桑黄在医药领域的进一 步开发和利用以及作为野生桑黄替代品提供了有利的依据。81706

Abstract
In order to explore and compare the effect of the water extract from Inonotus SangHuang on the function of repairing immune to immunodeficiency mice,taking Inonotus SangHuang of Q iandao Lake O and domesticated Inonotus SangHuang J as raw material。 The 135 ICR mice were pided into 9 groups:normal group, immune deficiency group, domesticated Inonotus SangHuang high middle and low group,wild Inonotus SangHuang high middle and low group and a positive control group。Besides Group normal, 100mg/kg 5-FU was injected into the abdominal cavity。Injecting Physiological saline into the abdominal cavity as much as experimental group。 Drug delivery in 15 days in a row, take blood from eyeball for index determination,take the spleen and thymus after Broken spine, Measure its spleen index and thymus index, the preparation of the spleen and thymus paraffin section and microscopic observation。 The results show that the aqueous extract of domesticated Inonotus SangHuang and wild Inonotus SangHuang can improve the number of white blood cells of mice,and the efficacy improved with the increase of Inonotus SangHuang concentration。 To the spleen and thymus, the aqueous extract of domesticated Inonotus SangHuang and wild Inonotus SangHuang can improve the atrophy phenomenon of spleen and thymus。 Compared with the control group and immune deficiency group,all the aqueous extract of domesticated Inonotus SangHuang groups and wild Inonotus SangHuang groups on the improvement of the spleen index have extremely significant difference (P < 0。01)。 The thymus index of the aqueous extract of Inonotus SangHuang low-dose O group, low-dose J group and levamisole group was obviously higher than other groups。 As the pathological section showed, the aqueous extract of Inonotus SangHuang can decrease the phenomenon of spleen white pulp atrophy, red pulp atrophy, and endothelial cell proliferation。 Compared with the immune deficiency group, the boundary between the cortex and medulla is clear ,does not appear cortex and medulla atrophy and bleeding or inflammation of the phenomenon。 This study showed that, all the aqueous extract of domesticated Inonotus SangHuang and wild Inonotus SangHuang can improve the immune of immunodeficiency
