摘要随着机械工业的发展,传统的人力劳动已经远远满足不了工业现代化和自动化的需求,并在一定程度上严重阻碍了工业的发展。尤其在机床加工过程中,人力上料和卸料需要消耗大量的时间和人力,甚至准备过程的时间实际超过了工件实际加工时间。为此,工业机器人的出现改变了这种状况,改革了工业生产方式,促进了工业自动化和现代化。工业机器人运用在辅助机床的上料和卸料搬运等工作,大幅度缩减加工准备消耗的时间,极大地提升生产加工的效率。但是一般的工业机器人只能单纯的完成简单的辅助工作,不能系统和人性化地辅助机床设备工作。84906

本次毕业设计基于FANUC Series 0i MATE-MC数控铣床为和XS-RB—1500六自由度工业机器人,完成数控铣床自动上料平台的改造,主要研究的内容是电气部分。首先针对普通的自动上料加工平台,提出了改造方案,实现了自动上料加工平台的智能化和柔性化。然后选用六自由度工业机器人进行机床的上料和卸料,定位精度可达0。1mm;选用四工位回转仓库,配合工业机器人对机床的上料和卸料,独特的交换位和四个工位的结构实现了工件的双面加工;自动机床门的改造,协助平台运行,避免了加工过程中容易出现的意外;机床气动夹具的使用,对工件加工的固定和配合起到了至关重要的作用。最后编写基于三菱PLC的控制程序,实现了在工业机器人、数控铣床、夹具、机床门、仓库之间大的有效通讯,并根据各个设备实时状态反馈进而实现顺序控制,使各个设备可以可靠稳定运行,确保自动上料加工平台的稳定和可靠的运行。与传统的人力上料和普通的上料系统相比,本文设计的数控铣床自动上料平台的改造将各个设备有效可靠地连接通讯,提高定位精度,充分发挥了生产加工的自动化,避免了工人工伤的意外发生,为企业工业生产制造的持续发展提供了可靠的参考素材。

Abstract With the development of mechanical industry, traditional human labor can’t satisfy the demand of automatic modernization and even hinder the development of industry。 Especially in the process of machining, loading and unloading workpiece of human need lots of time and manpower, and even the actual time of the preparation process was more than the actual process。 Therefore, the emergence of industrial robots has changed the situation, reformed the industrial production mode, promoted industrial automation and modernization。 The industrial robot used in the auxiliary machine of loading and unloading greatly reduced the processing time and enhanced the efficiency of production。 General industrial robots can simply complete the auxiliary work and can’t assist machine equipment user-friendly and systematically。

  Based on the FANUC Series 0I MATE-MC CNC system and XS-RB-1500 six freedom industrial robot, This design will complete the transformation of automatic feeding platform of CNC milling machine, the main research is the electric part。 First, For the general platform, putting forward a reforming scheme and realizing the automatic platform of intelligent and flexible。Then, six freedom industrial robot for machine loading and unloading leads to the positioning accuracy can reach 0。1mm; the warehouse of four station matches up with the industrial robot for machine loading and unloading, the unique structure of the exchange and four station realizes the processing of two side of the workpiece; transformation of automatic door can assist platform operation and avoid appear accidents in the process easily; using the machine pneumatic fixture plays a crucial role in the program of fixed and matching of workpiece。 Last, Writing control programs based on MITSUBISHI PLC establishes effective communication among industrial robots, CNC milling machines, Fixture, the door of the machine and the warehouses, and according to the real time status of each equipment feedback so as to achieve the control order, so that each device and automatic feed processing platform can run stably and reliably。 compared with raditional human material and common material system, the design of CNC milling machine automatic feeding platform transformation in the paper will improve the positioning accuracy, give full play to the automation of production and processing, avoid workers’ injury accident, provide a reliable reference material for the industrial。
