摘要在传统的控制领域中,控制系统动态模型的精度被看作影响控制的关键性因素,系统动态信息越详细,往往越能达到精确控制的目的。但是,因为系统体系的复杂性,很难用传统的控制理论来描述系统的动态。也就是说虽然传统的控制理论对于明确的系统有强有力的控制能力,但是对于复杂的或难以精确描述的系统,就显得不是非常有效,在这种情况下,我们需要一种新的控制方法,也就是我们需要研究的模糊控制。19799
所谓模糊控制,就是用计算机模拟人的思文,按照人的操纵规则进行控制,实现人的控制经验。模糊控制是一种基于规则,直接采用语言控制,利用操控人员的控制经验或相关的专业知识的控制,而不需要建立精确的数学模型,使得整个控制过程设计简单,使用方便。
在工业生产中,炉温控制系统非常常见,但是由于电炉加热惯性大、滞后性严重、时变性强等原因,要对其建立数学模型非常困难,想要运用例如PID的传统控制很难满足系统的精确性和稳定性,所以研究并且设计炉温系统的模糊控制器有很大的意义。

Title Design and Simulation of Electric Stove Fuzzy Controller
Abstract
In traditional control, the precision of the dynamics model of the control system was seen as the key factor affecting the control. More detailed dynamics information of system can often achieve more precise control. However, due to the complexity of the system, it is difficult using traditional control theory to describe the dynamic of the system. In other words, the traditional control theory has powerful control capabilities for a clear system, but it is not very effective for complex system or system which is difficult to accurately describe. In this case, we need a new control method which is the fuzzy control that we need to study.
The so-called fuzzy control, is to use computers to simulate human thinking, according to human’s operating rules to control, to realise human’s control experience. Fuzzy control is a rule-based control, and directly adopts the language control. And fuzzy control is the use of operator’s experience or relevant expertise, without the need of establishing a precise mathematical model, so the whole control process is designed to be simple to use.
Temperature control system is common in industrial production, but due to the inertia, the lag and the time-varying, it is difficult to establish the mathematical model, so the traditional control system like PID control can not meet the exact and stability. In a word, the study and design of the fuzzy controller has a lot of significance.
