摘 要高更新变化率的通信技术时代,基站设备控制系统相应的变化要求也高。网络通信的基础是基站, 社会的发展需要对系统要求更为精确的控制理论和控制技术,以此来保证基站的平稳顺利的运行。也就是说,移动基站是移动通信的重要部分。本文主要是对移动基站集中控制系统的设备控制部分和环境检测部分进行硬件到软件的设计。设备控制部分通过系统来实现通信车基站内各个设备的行程,角度等方面的控制,环境检测部分依靠传感器给出报警。首先,我们需要对PLC有个基础性的认识。 涵盖了自动控制技术和计算机技术, 可编程控制器 (PLC)是一种通用, 新型的电子自动控制装置, 广受工业人员喜欢, 具有抗干扰能力强,编程简单,可靠性高以及适应工业环境下应用等一系列优点,因此在控制系统的各个领域被广泛使用[1]。基站控制系统的设备控制部分相当重要, 从硬件到软件层层把关。 硬件部分,PLC的使用选择是三菱 PLC,为了方便操作和更好的显示设备的状态,将触摸屏和手控盒和PLC 相连接。软件部分,使用EB8000 软件实现对威纶触摸屏的人机界面设计,同时设计了手控盒与 PLC的自由口通讯协议,编程了三菱 PLC顺序控制的梯形图,完成了硬件和软件的开发和设计工作。58580 毕业论文关键词:可编程控制器(PLC);触摸屏;人机界面

Hardware, using the selected PLC is Mitsubishi PLC, inorder to facilitate handling and better display the status of the device, the touch screenand manual control box and the PLC are connected. Software section, use the EB8000software for Wei Lun touch screen human-machine interface design, while the designof the manual control box and the free port communication protocols of the PLC,Mitsubishi PLC programming sequential control ladder to complete the developmentand design of hardware and software jobs.
