摘要伴随机电一体化在各个科技领域的发展和应用,PLC已在现代自动控制中得到了广泛的应用,本次设计基于KNT-PFJ3物料自动分拣实训装置的基础上,应用三菱PLC对装置进行编程,实现物料自动分拣的功能。58581

分拣装置的机械部分有供料部分、传送带与检测部分、丝杆驱动与吸盘部分(机械手)和圆形托盘与滑道部分所组成。由供料部分把物料送到传送带与检测部分,并被传感器检测到时,即启动变频器,使感应电动机转动,将物料送到丝杆驱动与吸盘部分(机械手),然后启动伺服电机,机械手将物料分拣到圆形托盘与滑道部分。在查阅大量资料的基础上,本文设计了系统的硬件构架,定义了输入输出端口。系统硬件构架主要包括伺服电机和伺服控制器、三菱变频器以及FX3U·FX3UC系列PLC等。根据系统需要实现的功能,本文设计了气缸、传送带、传感器检测、伺服电机、变频器控制以及手动调试等PLC程序。在PLC程序中,利用绝对定位指令来控制丝杆确定原点位置、传送带位置、金属物料位置、黑色物料位置、非黑色物料位置。最后,本文加入了人机界面,实现了自动控制、参数实时修改以及手动控制等操作,可以控制自动模式下系统地自动运行、手动模式下系统各部分地手动运行。物料自动分拣装置可以实现不同材料的自动分拣和归类功能,并可配置监控软件由上位机监控。

经过模拟实验满足要求实现的功能。

Abstract With the mechatronics development and application of science and technology in various fields, PLC has been widely used in modern automatic control, this design is based on the basis of automatic sorting material KNT-PFJ3 training device based on the application of Mitsubishi PLC device programming, material automatic sorting function. 

Mechanical part of the sorting device has a supply portion, the belt and the detection section, screw drive and chuck portion (robot) and a circular tray with the ramp portion of the composition. Part of the material from the feed conveyor to the detection portion, and when the sensor detects that the drive is started, the induction motor is rotated, the material sent to the screw drive and chuck portion (robot), and then start the servo motor, the robot the material is sorted to the circular tray and slide part.In lot of information on the basis of this paper, the design of the hardware system architecture defines the input and output ports. System hardware architecture includes a servo motor and servo controller, inverter and Mitsubishi FX3U · FX3UC series PLC and so on. The system according to the need to achieve the function, the paper design of the cylinder, belt, sensor detection, servo motor, inverter control and manual debugging PLC program. In the PLC program using absolute positioning commands to control the position of the screw determine the origin, position the belt, a metal material position, the position of the black material, non-black material location. Finally, we added a man-machine interface, to achieve automatic control, manual control parameters in real time and modify other operations can be controlled in automatic mode the system automatically run each part manually in manual mode the system is running. Automated material sorting device can automatically sort and categorize functions of different materials and can be configured by the host computer monitoring software monitoring.

After simulation functions implemented to meet the requirements.
