摘 要伴随着现代化工业科学的迅猛发展,已有越来越多的公司和企业将目光聚集到降低 生产成本上,以期待增强市场竞争力。对于运输公司和搬运企业来说,它的生产制造、 货运、流通等环节都离不了自动控制系统。所以,一款兼具寻迹和搬运功能的自动搬运 小车的设计对我们来说尤为重要,进而对传统搬运方式的自动化和智能化程度进行改善 和提升,从而完成了降低生产成本的目标。当前,实现智能自动搬运系统中寻迹模块的 导引的理论方式有很多,比如说:激光自动导引、电磁感应自动导引、惯性自动导引、 视觉自动导引、超声波测距导引等等。系统设计中要求体现现代控制理论的思想及方法, 要求结构简单,寻迹比较精确,实用也很性强,制造也很简单。实际中完成的工作如下: (1) 比较以上多种自动导引方式的优点和缺点,最后确定了以红外导引为核心的自动寻 迹方式的系统设计方案。69255
(2) 运用模块化的思想,把自动搬运系统划分为单片机最小系统设计、寻迹模块设计、 电机模块设计、避障模块设计、搬运模块设计、报警模块设计、电源模块设计等,最后 完成整个自动搬运系统的硬件设计。
(3) 采用 PWM 调速的方式调节自动搬运小车的速度,实现转弯,自动寻迹等功能。
(4) 为了增强智能搬运小车的实用性和可控性,设计出不同的工作模式,可以选择不同 的工作模式,工作人员可以根据工厂当前的工作强度选择合适的模式。

Abstract

Therefore, a function of both the tracking and handling of automatic han dling car design is particularly important for us, and thus the degree of automation an d intelligent handling traditional way of improvement and upgrading, thus completing t he goal of reducing production costs. Currently, intelligent automatic handling system t racking module theory guide the way there are many, such as: automatic laser guided automatic guided electromagnetic induction, inertial homing, automatic visual guidance, and other ultrasonic ranging guide Wait. System design requirements reflect the thinki ng and methods of modern control theory, requiring a simple structure, tracking more accurate, practical and very strong, manufacturing is also very simple.
The actual work done as follows:
(1) Comparison over several automatic guided mode of advantages and disadvantages, in order to finalize the infrared seeker at the core of the automatic tracking mode sys tem design.
